Is it possible to convert this rpm package with alien and install it on ubuntu 8.0.4 server?

You would be much better off just installing the individual ZenPacks you need.

how to user these rpm files.When I install ,it shows some Msg like"

To install this RPM, you need to have used the RPM installer for your initial install. If you didn't use the RPM installer, you can install the ZenPacks you need individually.

So I hava to use RPM to intall Zenoss,then I can use RPM to intall ZenPacks?

Yes. Or you can install individual ZenPacks.

Does this pack add anything more than the 3.0 stack installer?

The stack installer does not add any ZenPacks by default, but you can go and individually install any of the ones in this RPM if you're using the stack installer.

Thanks for putting these packs together. Unfortunately the 3.2.1 rpms link out to 3.2.0 rpms.

the following error is reported upon install:
