Done installing ZenPack.

Tried to install this ZenPack and received this error. This is the first ZenPack I have tried to install!

move Zenpack to another location. Don't use /tmp directory by ZenPacks Installation.

I had first put the .egg file in /home/zenoss and ran the install from there through the command line. I received the same error.

[zenoss@pl-nms01 ~]$ zenpack --install ZenPacks.community.NWMon-1.0-py2.4.egg

Should I run it from a different location than the zenoss home?

When I install this zenpack on 2.5.2 vm appliance it breaks the "easy add" feature. I have installed it via CLI and through the GUI. The results are the same. I would really love this zenpack, we can really use it. The only other zenpack I have installed is the nokia/ipso zenpack I found here on the zenpack community. Any help?

Are there any special settings required for snmp on the server? Also, what is the format for zNWFileSystemMapIncludeNames. I am not getting any file systems.

We have 1.2 installed, but we are getting the following error:

It is listed as a template under monitoring templates, but I when I view

bindings it is not an option.

The template is listed as a component under NetWare, but is not bound. When I

try to toggle template binding nothing happens.

Normally, Filesystem templates are not bound because they are component templates. Component templates are associated with a device class, and then apply when modeling determines that they should. Kind of like auto-binding.

Maybe Egor was assuring that you did not erroneously have these bound somehow. The UI tries to block it, but maybe you got around it somehow. If its bound, and the template is a component template, you should unbind it. Sounds like you said that it is not bound though...

The error seems to be pointing at the datasource - the piece of data that is being worked on - Available KBytes. Maybe there is an error with collecting this or its rrd is corrupt. Try removing the rrd and remodeling the device to allow it to re-ascertain that performance data.

The "Total Bytes", "Used Bytes", "Free Bytes" and "% Util" are all populated and correct in the File Systems table.

I have deleted the file systems and remodeled the server.
