Hello - I have a question

I need to be able to run puppetlast using sudo

Therefore I made a change and added /usr/bin/sudo before /usr/bin/puppetlast

Now I get the following error message when I test the command -

Preparing Command...

Executing command "/usr/bin/sudo /usr/bin/puppetlast" against xxxxxxx

/bin/sh: /usr/bin/sudo /usr/bin/puppetlast: No such file or directory

I did some more testing and I can run the command using ssh from the zenoss server and running as the zCommandUsername. In other words running this command remoteluy using ssh works fine.

Any ideas?

@ebailey: what seems to be happening here is that /bin/sh is parsing "/usr/bin/sudo /usr/bin/puppetlast" as a single command, so it is searching its path for that string, instead of searching its path for "/usr/bin/sudo" and sudo taking puppetlast as the first argument. Is this command dispatched by the zenpack code? There could be a simple quoting issue.

Any idea if a 3.x version is coming out?
