ZenPacks : Dell PowerConnect iSCSI : Comments

I am trying to install this ZenPack via WebGUI or CLI but nothing is happening. The process completes but the ZenPack is not installed, there is no error. Any idea?

I am experiencing the same issue. I'm very new to Zenoss and Linux, but I think I'm performing the process correctly. I have been able to install some other ZenPacks, but like Gabriel suggests, when I try to install this one nothing happens. No error messages or anything. I'm using Zenoss 3.03 on Ubuntu server.

I use Debian Lenny, this seems to be related to Debian related distros.

I just tried to install this ZenPack on a fresh Cent OS 5.5 installation and it fails.

Make sure the required /Devices and /Events containers exist, unzip the file, rename .EGG to .egg and install.

I have a question about the first step:

1. Replace the modeler plugin Zenoss.snmp.InterfaceMap with Zenoss.snmp.NewinterfaceMap for the powerconnect devices. Assure that you do this in the correct device class, so as not to effect other devices in other classes.

I do not have Zenoss.snmp.NewinterfaceMap in my list of available modeler plugins. Only the default Zenoss.snmp.InterfaceMap . The Powerconnect zenpack installed correctly. It seems as if the other bits are there - mibs/device info/etc

what could be the problem? I am currently getting errors on my Powerconnect 3548P:

Error reading value for "tunnel1" on PIE-CCTV-03 (oid .1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.17.3000 is bad)

any help would be appreciated.
