What is Zenoss Inc's ETA on a revised agreement for critique by the community?

We are looking into completely revamping the contribution agreement right now. Simon is working with our legal department to weigh our options. One preferred option is to have no requirement of Contribution Agreements for new ZenPacks. For code that we bring into our product, we must understandably keep ownership and control of this, so we are looking at various existing Contribution Agreements that already exist.

Recent rumblings lead me to strongly recommend the following: No contributor agreement whatsoever for ZenPacks and no contributor agreement for direct CORE code contributions from approved contributors.
