I've installed the Cisco MIB from the GUI w/o any problems. From the command line, it is quite difficult and time consuming.

Thanks for this! If I install mibs in version 3 is it really needed to create the file structure still?

for core 4.2 - in section:

" Base Installed MIBs - Viewing in the MIB Organizer"

step 6

it is easier to just give the destiantion directory as in:

zenmib run -v 10 --path=/IANA *

^^^^^^^^^^^^

then zenmib will put it right in thecorresponding folder you created before
