Help.

I'm getting the following when I install this ZenPack:

Output:

zenpack --install /tmp/ZenPacks.fdeckert.reports-1.2-py2.4.egg

No handlers could be found for logger "root"

Link to http://pypi.python.org/simple/ZenPacks.SCC.ShowGraphPortlet/ ***BLOCKED*** by --allow-hosts

Couldn't find index page for 'ZenPacks.SCC.ShowGraphPortlet' (maybe misspelled?)

No local packages or download links found for ZenPacks.SCC.ShowGraphPortlet>=1.01

ERROR: zenpack command failed. Reason: SystemExit: error: Could not find suitable distribution for Requirement.parse('ZenPacks.SCC.ShowGraphPortlet>=1.01')

Done installing ZenPack.

I then get this whenever I remodel a device. Is there a clean way of installing or uninstalling this Zenpack?

Was getting the same error, tried another time after zopectl restart and it started working fine.

I see exactly the same issue as Steve and Ravi when I try to install the ZenPack on Zenoss 2.5.2 on OpenSuSE 10.3. I don't see the same problem on a model of the device. Have tried several bounces of zopectl and, indeed all the zenoss daemons - no change.

Has anyone got to the bottom of this one?

Sorry - was really thick over this. I missed the pre-req for the Graph Portlet ZenPack (which you find under Show Graph Portlet) in the ZenPack list. Then it works a treat! Thanks Florian!

This doesn't seem to install correctly in Zenoss 3.2.1
