Today I created a customization that permits a user to navigate to a zenoss device page from the OTRS Ticket System customer's info. This is a simple example to anyone who might want to integrate Zenoss with another systems via an IP Address.

Here is the example:

If you click on device ip in OTRS, you will reach:

What is still missing? Zenoss Kiosk mode for 3.x release...
