Device Information in Email Alerts

Not sure I picked the right place for this....

Still in the evaluation stage of Zenoss and am curious.... can alerts from network devices have device specific information included in the body of the email?  So for example, I have 36 routers across the country and 35 of them are on 1 ISP and the other is on a different ISP - all have their own information.  I need alarm emails on these routers to go to me and my ISP (they don't monitor) so I need to have circuit information, address information, local contact information, included in the email for each individual device.  Possible? If so would you be willing to give me sample configurations?

Thanks,

John

    Hi,

"test" forum is for feedback and problem on Zenoss beta version.

It's better if you post on "user"

look here for what info you recive

    Alert Settings

and look this section "6.2.2. Create the Content of the Alert Message"

Here an example of my alert

    Device: R3000_Milano
    Component:
    Severity: Critical
    Time: 2009/09/16 05:35:36.000
    Message:
    ip 192.168.40.50 is down
