Hi,
I have installed zenoss 2.4.5 with core-zenpact 2.4.2 on centos 5.2. I am unable to monitor virtual machines running on xen 5.3. Though I am able to do a snmpwalk and get information like syscontact, syslocation,OS version etc but unable to get related OS/IP process,Interface information, file system, hardware and software information. I can able to monitor virtual machine running on ESX and other physical servers as well.
Can anybody help me on this please..
Regards,
Sashi
Hi,
Do I need a special zenpack for guest os also. I was asking about the perfomance monitoring of the guest OS not for xen server itself. Is there any community zenpack available for this.
Regards,
Sashi
guest os are transparent, it depends what gest os is it.
if you have a fedora guest ---> docs/DOC-3382
if you have a gentoo guest --> docs/DOC-3415
and so on... look this page community/zenpacks and seach for "linux"
