Hi,
I would like to know how configure of Zenoss timeout, because I receive many email every time and most of them is false.
Please who can help me?????
Moved your question to zenoss-users, since it didn't really have anything to do with SuSE Linux.
Not sure which timeouts you're referring to, but you can configure several of the time-based settings under Collectors->localhost->Edit and increase the ping timeout if that's the cause. You could also add delays to your alerts, to reduce false positives. There are several solutions mentioned in the FAQ (docs/DOC-2445) that may prove useful.
Thanks,

Do you know where can I configure these delays to send the messages, thus minimizing false positives?
Hello,
If you got to settings --> Users, then select a user and edit the alerting
rule, you can set a delay. This will help with transient alarms. I set a
300 second delay so that anything that goes down won't alert unless it is
still down after 5 minutes.
