Downloaded ZenPacks must be unzipped

The new site automatically zips all attachements because of a known security flaw in Internet Explorer. This means that all ZenPacks that are downloaded from the ZenPacks pages need to be unzipped before installation.
A zipped ZenPack will not install correctly, providing output similar to this:
Output:
zenpack --install /tmp/ZenPacks.networking.HPProcurve-1.1-py2.4.egg.zip
ERROR: zenpack command failed. Reason: [Errno 20] Not a directory: '/usr/local/zenoss/Products/ZenPacks.networking.HPProcurve-1.1-py2.4.egg/skins'
Done installing ZenPack.
Matt,
This is a good solution to document in a FAQ. I ran into this issue and unzipping the ZenPack resolved the error.
Thank you,
Ken
It is already in the Community FAQ.
docs/DOC-2445#IamgettingErrno20tryingtoinstallZenPacks
It's also in bold at the top of every Zenpack page.
Perhaps a better solution would be to have Zenoss implement some logic
to try unzipping the file before throwing the error...

Yes it was in the FAQ. I was searching for Error 20 and not Errno 20 in the FAQ.
Thank you,
Ken
