Tomcat in Enterprise only?

I've not been able to find a definitive statement, but it appears as though Tomcat is only for Enterprise? I've seen reference to a download for it, but those are no longer valid.
thanks.
There is a Tomcat ZenPack available in Enterprise, but the Zen JMX Collector ZenPack provides the JMX data sources needed for monitoring Tomcat, JBoss or any other JMX-enabled application. If anyone has a Tomcat ZenPack they've written and would like to contribute, let's get it added to the ZenPacks list.
Thanks,

EDIT: I've no idea what I did, but I finally got it to load through the GUI with the file extracted from zip.
I've been round and round with that JMX application on the zenoss core app on a vm appliance.
I've tried loading it through the GUI and the cmd line over the past several days
I've tried the file as downloaded, unzipped, renamed extention, extracted; on firefox 3.5, IE, Chrome. I'm unable to get past the generic errors listed in the FAQ and
ERROR: zenpack command failed. Reason: [Errno 20] Not a directory: '/home/zenoss/Products/ZenPacks.zenoss.ZenJMX-3.1.8-py2.4.egg/skins'
from the cmd line, trying I get the generic errors above. When trying within the extracted folder "No module named ZenJMX" is part of the error.
I've seen this suggestion: conary update --resolve group-zenjmx
Alas I get the following: group-zenjmx was not found on path zenoss-project.zenoss.loc@zenoss:core-2.4
However when I browse the default url associated with it, I can see that exact package listed there, does it not have the code behind it?
I've run conary updateall
and then conary q and see that there is a jmx in the list, but there is not corresponding daemon.
It's gotta be something simple, right?
Well, if you download from the zenpack site, and extract it to a temp
folder, you should now have a .egg file. Now, go into the GUI with
Firefox, and load the zenpack...
