ZODB CorruptedDataError after stack upgrade to 2.5T

My attempt to upgrade from 2.4.5 to 2.5 failed with an ZODB.FileStorage.format.CorruptedDataError, so i had to revert my installation. My zenoss install is running on Mac OS X 10.5, and version 2.4.5 seemed to work fine.

 

What steps can i take to fix that data error before the next upgrade attempt? I have attached the bitrock installer log with all the error messages.
