No handlers could be found for logger "root"

Ok, I'm fairly new to Zenoss but this is an issue with Python as best as i can figure.
Everytime i fun any kind of script that has to do with zenoss (restart using /etc/init.d/zenoss restart), install a zenpack using (zenpack --install or using RPM) I get the same error
No handlers could be found for logger "root"
All the research i can find says this shouldn't prevent any python script from working, though I do not have the ability to monitor and this is the only error that continues to pop up.
Any help would be greatly apprecieated.
so far I have attempted to reinstall the zenpacks from RPM with the same error, I updated python using YUM and restarting zenoss still produces the same errors.
My largest problem is with this going on I cannot model devices.
example of error when restarting zenoss service:
code:
ERROR:root:ZenPacks.community.LinuxMonitorAddOn>=1.0
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "/opt/zenoss/Products/ZenossStartup/__init__.py", line 26, in ?
pkg_path = zpkg.load().__path__[0]
File "/opt/zenoss/lib/python/pkg_resources.py", line 1912, in load
if require: self.require(env, installer)
File "/opt/zenoss/lib/python/pkg_resources.py", line 1925, in require
working_set.resolve(self.dist.requires(self.extras),env,installer))
File "/opt/zenoss/lib/python/pkg_resources.py", line 524, in resolve
raise DistributionNotFound(req) # XXX put more info here
about 5 of the community zenpacks produce this same error, I know it isn't an issue with zenoss and have figured it to be an error with the configuration of python. I have not made any changes to python or zenoss and upgraded to 2.5 about 2 weeks ago (the errors started appearing today after a long weekend with nobody having access but myself)
