PostgreSQL ODBC Database Monitor ZenPack updated to 2.0

One last thanks (tonight) to Zenoss Master Egor Puzanov for updating his PostgreSQL ODBC Database Monitor.  The ZenPack now monitors with either pyodbc or an ODBC driver on the system and has been updated to work with the newly daemonized ODBC DataSource.
