PowerNet/MasterSwitch AP9225 updated to 1.0.3

Thanks to Christopher Hubbard for updating his New Zenpack Powernet9225 PCU/PDU ZenPack.  He fixed the PDUOutlet mapping, so if you were using this ZenPack you should upgrade.
