EMC Celerra Filesystem ZenPack updated to 2.0

Thanks to Zenossian Chet Luther for converting the .zip version of  to a proper .egg and checking it into Subversion.  The EMC Celerra FileSystem is used to monitor EMC's Celerra filesystem created through the EMC Celerra Network Server instead of the default OS filesystems.  The ZenPack provides a /Server/EMC device class with a FileSystem template and a number of MIBs under /Mibs/EMC-CELERRA.
