HP Blade Chassis ZenPack updated to 1.23

Thanks again to David Nicklay for updating his HP Blade Chassis ZenPack.  This version fixes:
    - bladechassis template being bound to the wrong spot
    - case problem with totalmax power output data point
This version also adds temperature for both chassis and blade/bay slot as well as CPU for the chassis.
