MSP looking to fund small Zenoss Dev Project

We are a start-up on-site cloud infrastructure as a service provider in the south-west of the US, and we are looking for someone who might be able to write a few Zenpacks for us as well as some re-branding/configuration. Our estimate is that this project will involve 40-80 hours of developer time, and the money is already allocated for the project.
I've personally worked within a number of Open Source communities. We will work to ensure a fair and equitable deal with due protection to the author as well as ourselves. We anticipate that NDA's will be signed, however upon completion all of the code (with one possible exception) may be available under whatever license the writer wishes as long as we have free license to distribute the source as well.

The following lists the customization we are looking for.

  1. GlusterFS integration. This should just require a tweak of existing storage usage monitors. Usinge df over GlusterFS does not provide accurate results when using mirroring, and other storage modules. Being able to monitor the GlusterFS log for events is under consideration.
  2. We need a dual-horizon (or double-install) topography where one Zenoss instance only receives (and I do mean only) information from on-site Zenoss installations that lets us know that Zenoss itself and our own assets in their DC are okay. The on-site installation gives the end-user the ability to use their instance to its fullest extent. Many MIB's exist which can aid this development. This would likely be the bulk of the work.
  3. Customize interface for on-site client installation / re-branding.

There are additional customizations we are contemplating. The candidate may need to work with developers from other proprietary and open-source systems.

Thank you for your consideration,
