Many thanks to Zenoss Community member B Maqueira for providing his new Memcached ZenPack.  This ZenPack provides a custom MemcachedStats Data  Source which automatically brings over the stats for monitoring Memcached, which can then be used for thresholds and graphs as needed.  The author has an excellent write-up on his blog: Monitoring memcached  with a Zenoss Zenpack which have been copied over to the ZenPack page.
