I'd upgrade to 2.5.2 first... Then see if it can work.
Also, make sure you've cleaned up any relationship issues or existing zenpack issues first...

Have you tried deleteing the objects and remodeling?

The modeling appears to be working just fine based on the output, and on the total bytes being populated in that screenshot. The used and free bytes come from active monitoring of the filesystems. So I think there's some problem with active monitoring.
Do you see any utilization graphs for these filesystems? If so, is there data on it?
