email/alert problem

Hello
I cant get the email alert to work, i can send test message and have following this guide
docs/DOC-9493 and its just a simple rule that send on every new even . Somone have any tip for troubleshoting it?
Include some screenshots so we can see if anything is mis-configured

I fixed it by do
zenactions restart

Keep an eye on that system. You should not have to restart zenactions to add/remove/modify alerting events or schedules. If you have alerting schedules and they aren't working, double check zenjobs as well since zenjobs is responsible for these windows.
