Getting ZenPacks to public repository

I have updated many of my ZenPacks recently on my personal github account. These are ZenPacks that exist in the zenoss repository but at the old version. I have filled in a Submission Form as per the instructions here - docs/DOC-8495 ., ticking the box for Update rather than New. It's a bit of a tedious process but I've done it for about 8 ZenPacks.
10 days later, nothing seems to have changed either at https://github.com/zenoss/ or at http://zenpacks.zenoss.com/pypi/None/3.2.1/ .
I thought this was now supposed to be automatic?
Is there something else I have to do?
Cheers,
Jane
