The only thing the submission form is really useful anymore is so Zenoss Inc can add your repo https://github.com/sergevs/ZenPacks.ssv.InstalledSoftwareReport to their Community Zenpack Submodule Repo: https://github.com/zenoss/Community-ZenPacks-SubModules

Their submodule repo lays the ground for their automatted build and test procedure (I'm not sure if its documented anywhere). The end result of getting your pack added to the submodule is that Zenoss will automatically build and make your compiled egg file available for download on zenpacks.zenoss.com. Once its available there, users will be able to do `zenpack --fetch <packname>` (on 4x) and the pack will automatically be downloaded and installed
