Time zone handling and RRD graphs

Another pesky little problem. My Zenoss server changed country and therefore I had to change timezone. Zenoss itself handled time zone change without problems, but RRD graphs are still living in the old time zone. RRD files contain times as epoch seconds so they are independent of time zone. If I use rrdtool dump to rrd files it shows that data is updated with correct time zone. So somewhere in Zenoss there is a setting that tells rrdtool graph to use specific time zone. Any idea how to change this without deleting & re-adding all devices?
I noticed that RRDTool infact displays the time correctly, the problem is Zenoss/Zope that adds time interval as a comment to RRD graph. You can see the problem in the attached RRD graph. Conflicting times are highlighted.
I am having a similar problem. I haven't moved timezones, but the RRD graphs are displaying the wrong timezone on the range descriptor exactly as yours (the "2012-07-05 to 2012-07-05" descriptor above the legend). This might have started occuring when I updated to 3.2.1 (I've been ignoring the issue for so long that I've forgotten when it started).
Versions: ZenOSS 3.2.1 on Ubuntu 10.04
Notes:
How can we change the timezone that is used on the range descriptor in the RRD graphs?
