I asked zenoss that same question and the answer was, there is no support for zenoss core.

However, the ZCA (Zenoss Community Alliance) has several vetted consultants that can provide excellent paid support for Zenoss core. While mostly it's remote support - that is just as effective as on site for how Zenoss / Linux works as long as they can SSH in to the server(s)...
