ZenDeleteHistory equivalent in Core 4 ?

On 4.1.70-1455 build, there appears to be no ZenDeleteHistory utility. I appreciate that the event architecture has changed but I used this a lot to clear out low severity events from the history table.
What is the correct way to do this now?
Cheers,
Jane
PS. Is there any documentation yet on the new event architecture? Tables & fields in databases have obviously changed.
Jane, I believe that the latest admin guide is actually posted on the zenoss.com documentation page, and should explain a lot of the details around the new event system. One thing, for instance, is the removal of the event history page and table altogether. It's been "replaced" with the event archive, but the usage is actually quite different.
I would definitely read through that documentation for more information.
The admin guide doesn't help with my original question. If I currently (in 3.x) use ZenDeleteHistory to completely delete Info severity events from the history table once they are 1 day old, how do I do this with 4.2?
As I understand it the aging threshold is close to the old "move to history after" parameter (in 4 the event gets an event status of Aged in the summary table, rather than being moved to the archive table) and the "Don't age this severity and above" is effectively the same in 3 and 4.
The "Delete archived events older than" in 4 is equivalent to the "delete events from history older than" and is what ultimately gets events out of the database entirely.
The archive threshold moves "closed" events from the summary table to the archive table, where "closed events" include events with status Closed, Cleared and Aged.
What do I use to fine tune the new parameters further? I may wish to keep Critical and Error severity events in the archive table for 90 days but to delete Info and debug events after 2 days - ZenDeleteHistory let me do that.
Cheers,
Jane
