Hello World (new community manager)

I just wanted to introduce myself, because you'll be seeing me a lot around these here parts. I'm Andrew Kirch, a new community manager. I'll be working with Dan, and for Floyd to make Zenoss more responsive and awesome for the entire community.
Ok so everyone that writes one of these posts always says the following: I'm really excited, I'm really looking forward to working with you guys, and that's all definitely true. So now that that's out of the way, I do want to hear from you though if you're having a problem, if you're trying to get an answer from Zenoss, or just in general. Drop me a private message, or get ahold of me by e-mail, or on IRC, I'm trelane in #zenoss on freenode.
As for my activity on the forums, you'll see me answering questions, and helping out as I get up to speed. I've used Zenoss before, but not nearly as in depth as some of you have. I've added and removed devices, managed event notification, even wrote a script to send out Zenoss notifications as phone calls via Asterisk (I may recreate this and post it) I'll also be posting news from the FOSS and business community to Announce, so you'll see a bit more traffic there, and that will give you guys a better idea of what we're doing. (in fact my next post will be just such a story).
