Graph Problems

Im curently using Zenoss Jumpbox
Zenoss Version: 2.5.2
I’m a fairly new user to the system but i noticed one thing when it came to graphs. It seems like the graphs that are generating high traffic show incomplete.
Please see the image attached.
Any info on this would be helpful.
That's usually a sign that the filesystem can't keep up with the amount of writes that the system is doing. This is usually more of a problem running in virtual environments than with physical hardware. Since you're using the JumpBox image, I'd assume this would clear up with either faster storage or a dedicated install.
Thank you for the prompt reply, I won’t rule out the disk yet, but i have the machine sitting on a LUN in a san on raid 10.
I will try to increase CPU's and RAM on the machine to make sure that that has nothing to do with it. Currently it had 1 cpu and less than 1 gig ram.
Hopefully this helps as i saw some stats on the VM machine and looked like it was reaching 100% cpu utilization.
Will post my results on this tomorrow as my network traffic does not hit its peak till late afternoon.
Thank You again.
It seems the problem is still there after increasing the memory to 4GIG and assigning another CPU to the machine.
How often does the zenoss polls the interfaces to collect data?
Would it make a difference if i increase the time on the data collection?
I spoke with the SAN administrator and was told that the raid 10 that it sits on has 2 gigs of allocated cashe and it should have issues with disk writes/reads.
If i could change the data collection interval where would i do so?
Any other ideas on this would greatly help.
Thank You.
check for one week how's working because after 2 days my zenpersnmp daemon start to give a lot of error....
so be aware that this low time can stop zenperfsnmp working.. i'm still working to understand the cause...
2010-09-20 16:53:33,436 ERROR netsnmp: Exception in _callback -2147414318

Andrea,
Did you ever find a cause for that error? My installation stopped collecting a few days ago and those errors were all throughout the logs.
