Hi All,

I am trying to monitor couple of services on windows server using zenoss. The services that am bothered here are IISADMIN, W3SVC. Monitoring is happening happily but alerts are not getting cleared . We get genuine alerts when servivces are stopped or failed but doesnt get cleared when started . Events get hung saying IISADMIN Start_pending . I tried to ensure that the service is started properly . i see that the service is running well and good but alert still persist .
