I'm just trying several things with creating custom reports for some inventory things.

At the moment I'm not able to add the serial number to my reports because its not in the Device.

Is there any opportunity to get the Serial Number and additional hardware information via SNMP?

Normally this should not be the problem but it's not working

I'm using version 4.2.3 and want to get information about common Cisco Switches.
