Hi everyone,I have a question, that how can I achieve Single Sign On(SSO) on Zenoss4.2.3 ? Thank you in advance !
James,
I've seen losts of posts of integration existing LDAP servers for authenication. There is also an enterprise ZenPack that will do it as well: http://wiki.zenoss.org/ZenPack:LDAP_Authentication
However I'm sure that it can be done without that ZenPack! Is that what you meant? If not, explain further and I'll see what I can dig up.
I am looking for the same thing - Single Sign On. I got my LDAP integration working but now I need to do a single sign on. Any ideas?
Thanks.
This package provides a token single sign on system for web sites, maybe it would do?
Manuel
Shibboleth is not an answer, it's a SAML implementation, which is not supported by Zope.
Please define 'single sign on'. The username/password in your LDAP/AD is/should be plugged into Zenoss/Zope with LDAPUserFolder and friends giving you your SSO.
