Every time an alert triggers, even if it has been fixed, a second alert goes out 15-20  minutes later. Currently I have an alert set up that triggers on a crictial alert for machines labled as production. The notification is simple and it e-mails a catch all on our Pagerduty account. I do not have clears enabled.

Anyone run into this?
