Can't zoom on Graphs

Hello there
As the name suggests, I cannot zoom, neither in nor out, on my graphs. I've tried in FireFox and Internet Explorer, no difference.
I am running Zenoss Version 3.1.0 on CentOS.
Thanks in advance

Hi...
I'm experiencing the same problems..
I'm using Distributed Collectors with Egor's zenpack.. also on CentOS
Anyone have the solution for this ???
Thanks in advance

I can't speak for Firefox or IE but when I had this problem with Chrome this was the fix:
C:\Users\johnnynoc\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe --allow-ssl-mitm-proxies --disable-web-security
I had to edit the properties of Chrome so it passed the above options.
Hi Johnynoc
Thank you very much for your response.
Unfortunately it seems that wasn't the solution, just tried this in a Chrome browser.
I found out that I can zoom on graphs on network devices. But I can't zoom, neither on Windows nor Linux servers. That is except the Localhub, running CentOS - it works like a charm there.
Any help leading in the right direction is much appreciated!
Thanks in advance,
Brian
Have you tried using Firebug in Firefox to try and determine what the specific problem is? I came across the fix for Chrome when Googling some of the errors I saw in Firebug.
I have no interest in IE personally.
Good luck,
John
Hi John...
I'm almost certain that this is not a browser issue in my case... i've tried with Firefox, IE and Chrome.. and with your parameters.
I think the problem is somewhere in the Distributed Monitoring setup.. Like Brian i'm experiencing this problem only with the Remote Collectors Devices.. the localhubs devices showing the graphs flawlessly and i can zoom and navigate..

Hi Brian,
Did you ever get this resolved? I've got the same issue on 3.2.1, SL6.1, zoom is only possible on the localhost collector graphs. All my devices are on the local host collector - this is a very simple setup. This is my 12th zenoss host, so I thought I'd seen all the bugs by now, but I can't figure this one out. There's nothing in the error logs so it's making me a little crazy..
Any tips would really be appreciated..
Regards,
Joan
