Daemon: .gitignore error

Hi all,
After I install some ZenPack, I restart Zenoss Core 4.2.4, I have see error:
...
Daemon: zenwin starting...
Daemon: zenwinperf starting...
Daemon: .gitignore /opt/zenoss/bin/zenoss: line 115: /opt/zenoss/bin/.gitignore: No such file or directory
Daemon: zenperfsql starting...
....
I don't know what the .gitignore is ? and how to fix it or remove it.
Thanks for any help!
Have a look at the comments at the end of the Linux Monitor Addon ZenPack - there is a very similar issue documented and resolved there - docs/DOC-3493 .
Basically, .gitignore files are artefacts of the development process - nothing actually to do with the zenpack functionality - so it is completely safe to remove any .gitignore files from a ZenPack directory hierarchy.
Cheers,
Jane
