Hi team,
I get this error : Error collecting performance data: NT_STATUS_IO_TIMEOUT
Machine : Windows server 2012
user account: admin ( used for Winpassword)
Ports opened: Wmi/snmp ports are all opened to Zenoss.
Machine Type, AWS ec2 instance
I checked wbemtest.exe from my machine to the server(where error while polling on Zenoss), works fine.
any idea, what may be causing the error.
need to fix it , i would really appreciate any help

I recently was able to locate that only one server is unable to poll the request from the zenoss,
i enabled all ports,
i removed and re added the server again and again..
changed the device class..
nogo..
please advice if ant more steps available
