graph_issues windows WMI

Hi all,

Zenoss 4.2.3 on CentOS 6.3 64Bit

I have all my Windows Servers under /Server/Windows. (also tried /Server/Windows/WMI)

modeler plugins are by default set to WMI

under configuration properties windwos i've set the User/password.

i'm able to Model all the servers with WMI and get info/events etc.

The only thing not working for windows servers are Graphs... thery are all empty..

(Graphs work fine for other non windows/WMI devices via SSH and SNMP)

This is a fresh Zenoss install... its not working from the beginning

what am I missing here? any suggestions?

Thanks

Nir

/Server/Windows template (by default) uses the SNMP Informant extension to SNMP to gather those graphs. You need to check what perf template you're using and maybe create one if you need to. The Device_WMI perf template uses WinPerf (which I think is perfmon based, not actually WMI) uses a login and queries Windows vs SNMP. Did you install the Core Zenpacks to get this?

What errors do you get? What template is bound to /Server/Windows/WMI? You need the windows zenpacks...
