This is for the APC PowerNet/MasterSwitch AP7930 model of PDU/PCU's.  It creates the /Devices/Power/MasterSwitch_AP7930 Device Class and binds several collector plugins.  It adds a new tab containing outlet numbers, device controlled, and the state it is normally kept in.  (Both integer return and a Red/Green button)

I have not defied this to change when an SNMP trap is received, or do status polling since these remote power outlets normally do not change much in their  states.  The values are only going to change when someone has to reboot a server or device, so I could not see it adding value to the pack considering the additional overhead necessary to do this and the normally minimal time that the state is different from normal.
