Are there any zenpacks easy to use, to change the layout in Zenoss Core?

I want to personilize the look. Changing colors and translating texts.

Are there any easy way to do this?

I haven't seen any ZenPacks rolling up UI changes specifically, but there are obviously some that add new tabs to device pages, portlets to the dashboard and additional menu options. That said, you could look into how ZenPacks use the skins directory, examples include Advanced Device Details (and the many ZenPacks that use it) and the MIB Browser/Utils ZenPacks.
